Job Description


• Coordinate and direct the installation, testing, operation, maintenance, and repair of facilities and equipment


• Develop standards and procedures for the engineering and technical work performed in the department


• Assist in analysis of maintenance trends, evolve new strategies, assess resources needs and deploy them


• Maintaining and programming 3-Axis/ 6-Axis robots and PLC software


• Provide relevant technical information to Operations staff to enable proper operation and maintenance of equipment/facilities


• Coordinating with other departments and vendors to provide efficient support


• Ensure that customer, statutory, ISO standards, and internal requirements are met or exceeded


• Any other ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned

Requirements


• Interest in hands-on working experience in manufacturing environment


• Experience in planning and execution of Preventive Maintenance


• Familiar with electrical, mechanical, automation or equipment validation processes


• Basic proficiency in PLC or computer programming (VBA, BASIC, etc.) will be an added advantage


• Diploma/Degree in Engineering/Production/


• At least 1 year of experience


• Well-versed in Computer skills and Microsoft Office


• Singaporean preferred


• Able to commence work immediately will be prioritized
