Are you a Senior Energy Storage Consultant looking for a new opportunity?

My client are a leading global independent energy and marine consultancy working in energy and oceans to de-risk and drive the energy transition across the renewable energy sector. They are looking for a Senior Energy Storage Consultant to join their team in the UK with offices in London, Brighton and Glasgow.

You will be responsible for delivering projects with a high standard to ensure the utmost satisfaction of their clients and an outstanding quality of deliverable, including: technical due diligence, owners engineering and analysis services such as data and performance analysis and feasibility studies.
 
Essential requirements;

• 5+ years of experience and passion for energy storage.
• Qualified to a Bachelors or Master's Degree level in Engineering or relevant discipline.
• Practical understanding of economics of renewable energy and energy storage projects, and the mechanisms by which they are financed.
• Hold Chartered Engineer status, or be working towards it.
• A successful track record of project managing multi-disciplinary teams.

Desirable;

• Experience interpreting and generating SLDs, reviewing the electrical design of energy storage systems and associated plant, grid connection process of renewable energy projects etc.
• Technical experience in degradation, energy modelling or BESS feasibility studies.
• Experience working in a consulting environment with client management responsibility.
