We are currently looking for "Project Coordinator" for a Transportation Company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Assignment : Permanent Position
Education / Qualifications
A qualified electrical / mechanical engineer with a Bachelors Degree in the area of specialization.
Desired Skills/ Knowledge
- A minimum experience in any railway or metro maintenance project.
- Minimum experience in warehouse and inventory management
Required Skills/ Knowledge
- Minimum 8 years of experience, including minimum 5 years in O&M services in similar engagements.
- Wide administrative experience and knowledge in facility management, O&M works.
- Solid technical knowledge of electromechanical works in large projects.
- A good knowledge of asset management and maintenance systems, with experience in preventive maintenance works and business-as-usual service delivery.
- A good knowledge of Asset Management standards ( ISO 55000 ), and implementation of the Asset & Maintenance Management support systems ( eg. Maximo, SAP ).
- These technical skills shall be supported with outstanding communications skills with strong interpersonal, written and verbal skills.
- Ability to effectively interface with various departments with a high level of initiative and the ability to self-direct.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience and knowledge of asset performance and engineering reporting tools.
Accountabilities
- To monitor & coordinate the planning, and scheduling of the engineering and logistical support services.
- To manage the Helpdesk and Call-Centre support services for the entire network, including Facilities Maintenance and Railway Systems support.
- To lead the Supply Chain & Logistics function, including warehouse and inventory management.
- Implement and manage the engineering performance management regime, utilizing the asset management systems in place, and coordinating with all technical department heads to ensure continuous improvement in service and operational delivery.
- Coordinate with technical department heads and offer any support needed to update work schedules.
- To ensure the effective implementation of the Asset Management Plan for the University project in compliance with the contractual requirements and applicable standards and regulations.
- Ensure the preparation and presentation of accurate engineering and asset management reports.
- Carry out execution of the configuration management processes for configuration changes, within the relevant asset type.
- Administrates the Maintenance Management Systems (Maximo and SAP)
- Carry out technical analysis concerning reliability and availability growth and maintain quality checks on various types of work orders.
- Carry out execution of audits concerning maintenance and technical analyses for optimization.
- Contribute to maintain the company's safety, quality and environment management system.
