Industrial Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Lead Lean Manufacturing System Design Process

• Determine cycle times on machine based and labor based processes

• Determine headcount for budget and forecasting

• Drive high utilization for man, machine, and material

• Design efficient material movement and work in process handling

• Analyze plant equipment and floor space capacity and identify gaps and potential plans for improvement

• Design in ergonomics on all system workstations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree IE, IET, 2-3 years similar experiences

• Experience in floor support Industrial Engineering

• Knowledge of assembly and other types of manufacturing processes

• High level of analytical abilities

• Ability to lead multi-disciplined teams through a project

• Ability to travel as required

• Auto Cad proficiency
