Leadpoint Business Services has a general labor position available and hiring immediately at our location in Appleton, WI . This labor position is responsible for maintaining the safety and cleanliness of the Resource Recover Park drop off area and grounds while providing quality service to customers dropping off refuse, recyclables, and recoverable materials. This position also will be educating users on what specific recovery bins materials need to go in and notifying users in a professional manner when materials are not in compliance with during source separation.
This is a full-time and part-time, permanent position doing work that helps the environment and protects the planet. You’ll have the chance to start right away and move up over time.
Benefits for Resource Recovery Attendant Job
Full-time and Part-time
Schedule: 7:00am to 3:30pm
Schedule Monday Through Friday, Saturday as needed
Outdoor work
Reliable weekly pay.
Overtime and incentive pay may be available.

Responsibilities of the Resource Recovery Attendant Job
Are at least 18 years of age or older
Working with the public
Directing Traffic
Assist customers in an efficient and courteous manner.
Identify Materials and direct public to sorting areas
Lift up to 30 pounds
Keep your work area clean
Follow all safety rules
Requirements of the Resource Recovery Attendant Job

Are at least 18 years of age or older

Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Exercise sound judgment and good decision-making.
Follow direction, and organizational policy and procedures.
Safety Focused and be trained in and obtain a complete understanding, adherence, and commitment to safety programs.
Perform daily paperwork.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide numbers accurately.
Interact and maintain cooperative relationships with employees, customers, and haulers
Tolerance for many weather conditions including wet, hot, and cold.
Cooperative working relationships with those contacted during work.
Able to work assigned schedule
Complete required screening essential to the position
